Last weekend we have a larp event scheduled the same day Hurricane Joaquin was forecast to set down... riiiight next to where we were playing. I watched the weather forecast all week and finally decided to give it a shot - drove down in a nasty storm, half expecting to spend the weekend huddled in a tiny, unheated cabin while listening to the storm.

It was pretty wet but otherwise okay! But a few of our players couldn't get back to their homes after the event - all the roads had been closed. D:

In cooler stuff, the girl in the comic is Katy who plays the lovely wild elf shaman, Boo. In real life Katy is a super talented leather worker. You should totally check out her work and commission her to make all yours stuffs!
