Becka and I wound up spending an hour fruitlessly trying to find a formula or equation that would simplify a rigorously repetitive series of calculations we expected to have to make on the exam. At one point she looked up at me and said, "It's been ages... don't we deserve a donut hole by now?"

We were brave, we were strong. We did not find a simplifying equation.

So we ate the rest of the donuts.
